Connected here: Our feature by the Australian Food and Grocery Council is now live!
20th May 2026

We’re humbled to share Plasdene Glass-Pak's feature as part of Sustaining Australia TV 2026 is officially live!
In partnership with The Australian Food and Grocery Council, SATV is a national series that brings together organisations from across the food and grocery industry to share the stories, ideas, innovations and people shaping its future.
It's about much more than packaging
Our feature is themed around "Connected Here". We feel like it captures something we feel deeply but don't always get to say out loud: what we do at Plasdene Glass-Pak is really about people.
Yes, we supply great packaging to food and beverage producers across Australia and New Zealand. But the real purpose for us, and the reason we do what we do, is aligned to our “Partnership with Us and Grow” philosophy. What gets us out of bed in the morning isn't the logistics or the product specs - it's the relationships built across generations. The producers who trust us to literally keep their product on the shelves. The businesses we've supported through growing pains, and challenges. The conversations about what's coming next and how we can help get there.
Those connections, long-term, local, and genuine, are what "Connected Here" is all about.
Hearing it from our partners
In this feature, we're proud to hear from two of our long-term partners, Mrs C's and Original Beverage Co., each at a different stage of their business growth journey. Will and Ralf generously share their experiences of working with Plasdene Glass-Pak, offering valuable insights into how a trusted supplier can help support growth, navigate challenges, and drive long-term success, and what it's meant to have a reliable supply partner like Plasdene alongside them throughout.
We're not always great at talking about ourselves, but this Australian Food and Grocery Council SATV feature gave us a chance to reflect on how the inherent things we do every day, from sourcing, warehousing, keeping our clients cashflow positive, and safe delivery with both hustle and heart, can play a pivotal role in a brand’s success.
As a second-generation, family-owned and operated business, we’re proud to see that the values we’ve built our Company on across almost 40 years; trust, reliability, and genuine partnership, continue to make a difference.
