Shipping & Returns
For online orders (available from 2024), shipping will be calculated at checkout. For offline enquiries and orders, our Sales team will provide you with a shipping cost estimate at time of quotation and order confirmation. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. These charges are based on packaging, shipping weight (product weight & dimension weight), destination address and method of shipment. Due to inherent variances in order size and carrier fees we are not able to publish shipping rates.
Plasdene Glass-Pak reserves the right to charge additional freight costs incurred associated with, but not limited to, the following:
Deliveries to Shopping Centres or multi-level buildings
Express or priority service deliveries
Remote location deliveries
Restrictive Time slot booking requirements
Driver-required hand unloads
Excessive hand unload requirements. Customers must assist our driver onsite.
Excess waiting time for the driver
Bulk pallet deliveries without access to a forklift onsite; requirement for transport with tailgate etc.
Delivery of Backorders; should the Customer decide on partial delivery, rather than wait for stock availability of the complete order.
Courier unload time is a maximum of 10 minutes. A surcharge will apply for unloading times in excess of 10 minutes.

SHIPPING: Delivery Timeframes
In stock items will be dispatched within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please consider delays during peak periods, public holidays, extreme weather conditions or any shipping related complications outside of Plasdene Glass-Pak’s control.
ORDER COLLECTIONS FROM PLASDENE GLASS-PAK WAREHOUSE:
To ensure stock is available and to avoid unnecessary wait time for your order to be picked and packed, please allow a minimum 1 business day turnaround time for pick up from our site, from the time your order is confirmed by the Plasdene Glass-Pak Sales team.

Please thoroughly inspect the goods supplied to you upon delivery.
If any issue is found with the goods supplied, written notice must be given to Plasdene Glass-Pak within three (3) days from the date of delivery outlining the issue and reason for the return request. Please lodge your request here, providing applicable information to assist with the investigation, including:
Detailed explanation of the issue or concern.
Plasdene Glass-Pak Invoice and/or Order reference number.
Relevant Product Item Description and Product code (found on your invoice and outer packaging label).
Quantity of Stock affected.
Please retain a copy of the pallet or carton labels affixed to the goods in case it is called upon.
The matter will be investigated, and appropriate assessment/action undertaken by Plasdene Glass-Pak in accordance with the outcome of the investigation.
All returns must be pre-authorised by Plasdene Glass-Pak in our sole and absolute discretion before goods are returned, at which time Plasdene Glass-Pak will issue a Return Authorisation Number (“RA Number”).
The product must be packed in the same way it was originally received, to ensure goods are safe for further transportation.
Plasdene Glass-Pak reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of $20 or 15% of the Invoice value (whichever is greater) for Goods returned as a result of an error in order by the Purchaser, or change of mind.
Items that have been used, filled, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
