Inventory ties up a lot of cash, consumes your warehouse space and costs a lot to maintain. These are dollars NOT invested in your business. We’ll source your packaging, warehouse it until you need it, invoice as we deliver on credit terms*, keeping you cash flow positive and ready to grow.

Following Covid-19 global supply chain disruption, Australian industry has had a significant evolution, as businesses scramble to secure reliable, supply continuity arrangements. Where once packaging was often an afterthought in the product innovation funnel and generally sourced within a “Just In Time” model, since the global pandemic a risk-mitigation focus shift is now apparent; with warehousing capability and long-range safety stock requirements now a critical part of any business continuity plan. If you don’t have packaging, you don’t have product on the shelves. It’s that simple.

“The biggest risk to our business growth is glass supply continuity, particularly when opportunities come out of left field. Plasdene’s blanket order system works wonderfully well. When our competitors were running out of glass sourcing elsewhere, we were still able to grow our business with confidence, utilising Plasdene Glass-Pak’s forecasting and long-range blanket ordering process, because I know they’ll have the stock against my orders, which can be held in multiple warehouses across Australia for flexible supply. It takes planning, good communication, and mutual trust in partnership. Plasdene have been fantastic in supporting our changing needs and business expansion.”
