	Christmas Order Cut Off guidelines Deliveries Metropolitan city delivery orders must be placed by close of business Monday 18 December to guarantee arrival prior to Christmas, *subject to stock availability at time of order placement. Deliveries to be regional areas cannot be guaranteed to arrive prior to Christmas, but we’ll always do our very best to meet your delivery requirements.
Order pick ups and courier collections Collection orders for all branches except Victoria must be placed by close of business Tuesday 19 December, for available collection by 12pm Friday 22 December* subject to stock availability at time of order placement. Collection orders for our Victorian branch must be placed by close of business Monday 18 December, for available collection by 12pm Thursday 21 December* subject to stock availability at time of order placement.
